I had a great experience working with Charles throughout the purchase of my property in Newark, NJ. This transaction had a lot of moving parts between underwriting conditions, negotiations, inspections, occupancy agreements, title coordination, and closing logistics, and Charles stayed engaged and responsive from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism, patience, and ability to help keep communication flowing between all parties during stressful moments in the process. He remained accessible, solution-oriented, and genuinely invested in helping get the deal across the finish line. As a buyer, especially in today’s market, having an agent who remains calm under pressure and continues advocating throughout the entire process makes a major difference. I appreciate the work he put in and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate in New Jersey. Thank you again, Charles.

Charles and the Korb Real Estate team are awesome! Very knowledgeable, helpful & they got the job done. Helped me buy and rent my Ocean County home.

Not only did Charles help me buy my home 4 years ago, he also helped me find an awesome renter when I had to move away. He’s hardworking, knows the market, and always has your back.

Charles went absolutely above and beyond to get this house done and made sure the transaction was smooth and not time consuming as I work a lot and free time is not plenty. Amazing service and great personality with the handsome gentleman!

Charles was patient and honest for the entire process. He will offer suggestions and recommendations as needed, as a first time home buyer with little knowledge about the process he was very helpful! I would recommend 1000%.
