•My wife and I have bought and sold several houses throughout our forty-three year marriage. We have had several quality realtors. In comparison, Shawn and Tiffany Danley have surpassed them. We could not have been more pleased or impressed. We found them on YouTube and by the third video I knew I wanted to contact them. Upon our first meeting we knew they were going to take care of finding us our forever home. Their expertise was evident early on. Both are very realistic about the market and definitely keen to learn what our needs were. Our confidence in them paid off in the biggest ways. After weeks of searching in a very tough market we made an offer on a beautiful home in one of our favorite Prescott neighborhoods. Their promptness, professionalism and diligence through the process of the offer, inspection and escrow are the reason we now live that house. We are convinced the reason for this was we followed every single suggestion Shawn and Tiffany made. Once we made our decision to move back to Arizona, being people of faith, we asked God to provide us realtors with integrity and ones that we could trust. He gave us the Danleys who've become a big blessing to us. Blessings, John and Becky McCranie
