•Maggie Armstrong is an exceptional real estate agent and a lovely person to work with. Her depth of knowledge in land and housing transactions gave us solid confidence in choosing her as our agent for a profoundly complex parcel of vacant land on an Urban Growth Boundary. She listens, is solution focused and her follow through is unmatched which is the epitome of excellent customer service. Maggie is resourceful, professional and has staying power to both educate clients as well as learn when unexpected surprises are unearthed (which is inevitable during the real estate due diligence timeframe of discovery!), she isn't satisfied until everyone understands the circumstance with clarity. When we closed on the property, we signed knowing there was no stone left unturned, Maggie took the time for careful review and consideration to be thorough in every aspect of our transaction, earning our trust. Thanks to Maggie, we have an opportunity for our business that we would have never discovered without her thoughtful orchestration.
Good at solving complex issues. Very good communicator, willing to work hard and go the extra mile. Sincere and willing to listen to each parties concerns and passion to see that all parties that even tho they may not be totally happy they are accepting and able to stand back to see the the big picture, in regards to both the buyer and seller reaching a mutually agreeable solution. Maggie was always available 24/7 to hear, listen and go to work right away to resolve issues. She is extremely patient, organized and well thought out. A good project manager. If she had to give us bad news she always did with a solution, sometimes easy, sometimes hard but a solution just the same. One especially skill she has, is that she archived all information verbal or written so that at anytime we could go back and find out the exact information of who when, where and what. Maggie is a professional in her field.
