•This was a long buying process as when I first met Joe when visiting Eugene OR in late Summer 2023 I only knew that I would be moving to OR in the "next year or so." Joe came out to let me view a home which I had found on Zillow. He took the time to learn what I was looking for and used his local knowledge to steer me towards "better" neighborhoods. I was then set up on a weekly online mailing with available homes in the areas we had determined would be best for me so that I could see what the housing stock was like. We also had several phone calls when I had more questions. In November 2024 we had a "blitz" day of house viewing. Joe and his team planned the day so that we were efficient with our driving around. From there we identified a couple of homes which I wanted to revisit during that same visit to Eugene. And then I made an offer! We mapped out an offering strategy and after a couple of talks with the sellers came to an agreed upon price. Joe (and his team, which he always acknowledges) was very detailed oriented, quick to respond to text, voice or emails. He mapped out the buying process and his transaction coordinator was great at sharing a timeline with me so that I always knew what was needed and when. And now that the home has been purchased Joe is my eyes and ears on the ground to ensure that some items are fixed before I move in - nothing major - but easier to do while the house is empty! I love that it feels like Joe is committed to making sure everything will be "just so" when I move in! All along the way Joe has been positive and upbeat - he's as excited about my new home purchase as I am. And he's all about solutions. The only bad thing about finding my new home so fast? Spending less time working with Joe!If you want someone who is professional and detail oriented AND will make the whole buying or selling process fun, then Joe Robb is your realtor!
Met Joe when my son and I were visiting Eugene. I was still over a year away from starting my house search. Joe took time to educate us about different areas in the city which would meet my needs. Over the next year I had a couple of calls with Joe to narrow down neighborhoods. Most recently we had an intense day of looking at potential homes which was made easy with his guidance. Joe's background helped us narrow the search that day. We revisited some of the homes then I made my final decision. Joe worked quickly and efficiently with his team to come up with a strategy to bid on the home. Joe is very professional in his work. His team are too. When you meet him, you can tell that he doesn't work for a living... he enjoys what he does too much. And that's why he's so easy to work with. Now that I've purchased my home, Joe is still there locally to help get me connected with local contractors to get work done around the home before I move in. If you're looking for someone who wants to help you find your new home, is professional and detail oriented and responsive to all your questions, then Joe is your guy!
