•I met Kevin several years ago when a friend recommended him to fix water damage to my bathroom and kitchen ceilings. Kevin and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, reliable and did excellent work. From that point on, whenever I needed any work done on my condo, he was my go-to guy. Because of his fair prices and trustworthy nature, I recommended Kevin to my friends and family as well. This last January, Kevin supervised a home renovation to make my place energy efficient and fix up cosmetic issues in preparation to sell. He recommended, then guided me through the HERO loan process and then had all work completed ahead of schedule. During the renovation, Kevin mentioned he was also a real estate agent and broker, and asked if I was interested in him selling my condo. I, of course agreed! Since we are in Covid times, Kevin recommended we do a virtual tour video to help market the property to more potential buyers. When I saw the finished product, I was amazed at how beautifully it showcased the property down to the most minute detail. We immediately received a lot of interest and had an offer well above asking in a week. That same day we got the offer, Kevin started the 30 day escrow. He made the process so easy and understandable, with 90% of the needed documents and disclosures all sent via DocuSign. Kevin's 13 years of expertise in general contracting and real estate made the whole experience of selling my condo, from renovations to the final sale, smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend him for any general contracting work or real estate sales! Thank you Kevin!
