As a first-time homeowner, I was nervous to step into the world of real estate. I could not have asked for a better guide. Hal worked closely with me throughout the entire process, always there to help explain things (multiple times) and advise me on potential risks along the way. He was patient as I flip-flopped on exactly which type of purchase I wanted to make. He always gave me HONEST advice on the homes we viewed, even when that meant it might take more time to find the perfect one for me. He wasn’t concerned with closing a deal FAST; he only cared about closing the deal that was RIGHT FOR ME. I’m thrilled with my purchase; it suits me perfectly and I have Hal to thank for that. Kim was such a blessing to me and my family in the pursuit of finding a home in the Oviedo area. She made a very complex transaction seamless. She was always available for questions.
