Excellent representation - a great experience

Jack Nicoletti is a very competent broker. Knowledgeable and aggressive (in the good sense of the word) - he is always on top of things. My most recent experience took him almost two years to finalize - because of circumstances beyond his control (a difficult tenant who delayed the sale) but in the end he got the job done ! I would recommend him to anyone - the best !!
