Selling a deceased, out of town family members’ home could have been difficult, but they were there every step of the way to make it as easy as possible. They were always there anytime anyone needed to go inside the house (for open house, viewings, inspection, etc) which made me feel much more comfortable. My house sale wasn’t straight-forward because I live out of the area and the house needed some work and they made everything easy. They got all of the repair work done quickly and got multiple quotes rather than just going with the first option (which would have been easier for them) which saved me thousands. I shopped around realtors before choosing Lisa and Keyseekers and they were definitely the best value for money and I know they worked extremely hard for me. The team were easy to communicate with, gave excellent advice throughout the process, and did a great job listing and showing the house (there were multiple offers received within the first few days). Theses ladies are the best. After a long distance, FaceTime and email purchase they made everything super easy. Not only that after hurricane Idela they went and checked on our condo and took pictures for us to see that everything was fine. I never ask them they reached out to me That means alit to me!!
