They led me step by step from getting preapproved for a mortgage, to knowing what to expect with upfront money needed for; appraisal, inspections, escrow, down payment and closing costs. Being a first-time home buyer, I wasn’t aware of all the upfront costs involved, so I was very thankful they explained all this to me before we even started the process. They have strong negotiating skills and a big reason that my offer beat out a multiple offer situation. One of their recommended lenders was able to get me closed in less that 3 weeks. Jenn and Lisa had great communication and always quick to respond. The Keyseekers turned what I thought was a very overwhelming and scary process, to a smooth and easy one. Choosing Lisa and Jennifer of Mainframe Real Estate was the best decision. I can't imagine anyone else helping me thriugh the process of selling my home of 27 years and finding a new home. Lisa at Property Girls is fantastic! My family and I needed a rental home fast and near downtown, she got us in the best home with everything we needed, within a week! More than exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The best recommendation I ever received from a friend and I'm grateful to know one of Orlando's best!
