•Before I start this review, I want to give a little bit of background knowledge. My husband and I are both totally blind. We wanted to move to a totally different state to be near family, and we also knew when we wanted to move. In March 2022, I called Kate and said that I wanted to move in late March early April 2023. I begin asking her questions, and she gave me advice on how to prepare my home for the sale and what the timeline needed to be. She also provided me with great references to painters, packers, who then provided, good movers, a handyman, etc. before we moved, she went over all of the paperwork that we need to do before, the sale. She also talk to us through all of the paperwork that would happen during the closing process and even what it would be like to get an offer and what that process would look like. From packing and moving to closing on the home, it was a very smooth transaction, and I’m very thankful. Kate did an amazing job with everything. I honestly could not have asked for a smoother process. Also, she knows really good restaurants in the Seattle area.
