My experience with Agent Takyla Smith Hill was truly a blessing as I was looking for an agent that had some fire and was truly excited to sell my property as I wanted a quick sale so I could relocate abroad as I had spending time in two places and wanted to get back to my other residence germanely as soon as I could. Ms Hill was professional, courteous, pleasant and was as anxious to help as soon as she could. Believe it or not within a week the property hadn't even hit the MLS and she found a client and after the second walk through they made and offer after negotiating the terms.
