Diana worked with my son to make sure the sure the house was ready for sale. We talked over the phone because I didn't live near that house.She kept me informed about every step of the way including: What she communicated to my son, what needed to happen before we could put the house up for sale, Papers that needed signing, letting other agents know the house would soon be on the market, a closing time for bids and walking me through closing. We finally met at closing and it felt like meeting up with an old friend, I would recommend Diana to anyone wanting a agent who is on top of the industry and is on your side, doing her best for you.
