Fantastic! Let me elaborate – I felt I could completely trust Kathy and she proved me right several times over. When we first met I informed her of my goals for selling my house and what I was looking for in my next house, and she listened to me! When needed she would inform me of different options or pathways but she never pressured me to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. She made me truly feel like I was a part of the team, which I’m sorry to report is not always how realtors make you feel. The buying process for the house I chose had several unique requirements, inspections, appraisals and what seemed like never ending steps. Throughout the entire experience Kathy advocated for me at every stage and never made me feel like I was a burden. She stuck with me through all of the highs, the lows, the frustration and emotions – oh the emotions! Kathy took her time, went out of her way to be there for me when needed (she even picked up and entertained my dog during a showing at my house that I couldn’t be there for) and helped me see the positive side in every situation. Kathy is an exceptional realtor, trustworthy, kind, patient, and hardworking. I would recommend her and her team for everyone I know looking to buy or sell in the area!!
