•My husband and I would highly recommend Katie to anyone and everyone we know! Her correspondence with us before, during and after we hired her was impeccable! If she was unable to answer the phone exactly when we called she would send us a text and tell us what time she'd be getting back with us and she did exactly that! She made herself available for absolutely anything and everything we needed! She even came and helped me wash cabinets and walls, all while I was working and had my 3-year-old. He kept wanting to help and Katie gave him some rags and let him sit in her lap and help wash. She made sure I felt good about how the house looked, since it was due for that Spring cleaning type clean! She made sure that all of our questions were answered and explained no matter where and when they popped up along the process. She went far above and beyond what we could have ever even imagined a real estate agent to do. She made what always felt like our tiny house look so big with her ability to stage! My daughter loved her room so much after Katie was in there that she asked Katie to take her shopping for her new room, and Katie did even though our house had already sold and closed. She continues to be available for all those extra things, like when we changed the mailing address but forgot to change the address on a few other items that auto ship. No problem for us or Katie, she got ahold of the selling agent, and we were able to pick up our items! We give Katie a 10/10 highly recommend in all categories! She is attentive, responsive, never makes you feel like she's too busy for you, or that any of your questions are dumb, she shows up and will jump in and help wherever she is needed, and if you let her, she truly will become part of your family!
