Jim and Lori are awesome! They have incredible attention to detail and ensure that everything is done thoroughly! We used them to sell our house (sold in one day!) and they made the process so easy. Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I recently relocated to Creedmoor, NC from the west coast. I met Lori and Jim at an open house in September 2022 when, honestly, I was just scoping out realtors to find the right fit when the time came for us to move permanently. I spent about an hour just chatting with them so they definitely were the team for us! When the time came to get serious about finding our new home, they were right there. We had a limited amount of time to look and Lori was a trooper since we made her take us to about 12 houses in one day. They went above and beyond the call of duty when the car we had shipped arrived in NC before we did. They met the delivery driver and took possession of our car and kept it safe for us. We found our place and Lori made it work with us 2500 miles away. Most of the closing process was completed remotely with the final transaction happening the day we pulled into North Carolina. TL;DR - Lori and Jim are the best. They will go above and beyond to make your dreams come true!
