•Tashbina went above and beyond. I was buying a property in Atlanta while living in Pittsburgh. She blocked off a whole day to take me to 7 different condos all over the city in one day when I flew down for a weekend. She was beyond patient, ya'll. I was picky, in fact I didn't even put in an offer on any of the condos that we saw that weekend. Instead, on the day I was flying out, another condo hit the market and she went on her own and video-ed the whole place. I made the offer she recommended and now I am about to move into my new home! The close process was super fast. She help arrange an inspection, appraisal, attorneys, and even hung out with my brother who was my power of attorney since I couldn't come down and close in person. She is a gem. Absolutely one of a kind. She talked me off the ledge more than once, because starting your life over and investing your entire savings into a new place can be extremely stressful, especially from 1000 miles away. I cannot say enough about her, except I hope you are lucky enough to get to work with her.
