•We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kellen! He has an amazing group of resources that really bailed us out in a tight spot of needing to get the house ready for sale quickly. Any time we were getting stressed out, he was quick with a great solution to relieve the stress. We also really appreciated the Kenmore Team's policy for only charging 2% commission (while still providing full service) when you find your own buyer since a friend ended up buying our house. Despite the lower commission, Kellen was always quick and happy to help out, and was a great resource to us and the buyers!
