Simply the best

Blaike came in with a marketing plan that put my house on the market at a price that was well above what I expected and that it would be sold within 30 days. Due to storm damage we had to wait a few weeks until a new roof was installed to put the house on the market, but Blaike was able to set us up with a contractor to repair the interior damage at the same time th roof was being replaced and once it hit the market it was sold with an offer above the asking price on the first weekent it was listed.

Very Smart

We had an issue with our ceiling falling in at the front door. Blaike immediately took control, contacting a crew to take care of it. She paid in advance and trusted us to pay her back. She is a persistent agent and strives to get what she wants and deserves. She marketed our house and had it sold the next day. Pleasant and a joy to work with. One and done. Don’t bother looking elsewhere!!
