I had a wonderful experience dealing with Betsy Breton-Garcia in selling my home. She is a true knowlegable professional. From the first day she provided me with an abundance of information regarding the real estate status in my area, educating me and suggesting realistic expectations. These were much higher than I anticipated. Within a month a contract was obtained. Moreover, after the buyer's closing she reviewed the document finding a stipulation that I, the buyers and the closing agent had overlooked. This added thousands of dollars to the final amount I received. She also coordinated the cleaning and detailing of the house, lansdcaping maintenance with improvements, staging and presentation of the house and even my Estate Sale. Shari cares, she does not give you an impression of a "fast closing" - she goes beyond top service. The help Shari has extended to us is impeccable, great follow up, kindness and empathy for our situation, great advise and always available. Excellent !
