Farrah negotiated a price that was too good to turn down. She then expertly guided and advised us thru all the details of purchase and moving. This included home inspections, small repairs, permits, HOA regulations, movers, utility connection and more. We considered ourselves experienced home buyers but were coming from out of state. Her local knowledge and connections were helpful in what is a very stressful time.

Glenn, is a very honest and reliable person that I meet. He worked with me and my sister so diligently in order for my mothers property to get sold. It only toke 1 day to get a buyer for the property and few weeks to get the closing done. All those times from start to end, Glenn was in contact with us giving us the insight of what was happening and what need to be done. On my opinion that is an A+ service for an agent.
