My apartment raised my rent so much that I was forced to move. Not loving the options available, I was desperate. I reached out to Bobby to see if owning a home was possible. I didn’t think I could do it for a few more years. Bobby assured me we would make it work. The best thing about Bobby as an agent is that he listens to you. He made the entire process stress free for me and was incredibly responsive to my needs and concerns. I have a severe anxiety disorder, and big purchases and life decisions can be freezing. Bobby not only understood this but was incredibly understanding and helpful with my mental health throughout the entire process. He not only made home ownership feel possible, but he also made me possible. Bobby was incredibly responsive and proactive, providing the best advice at all times and ensuring I knew exactly where we were in the process. He had an incredible knowledge of the areas we looked at and did his homework before every home tour. He anticipated my needs and concerns and did what he could to mitigate stress and anxiety throughout the entire process. He knew the answers to questions before I even knew to ask them. In the end, I am most appreciative that Bobby is a fighter for his clients. When we had minor issues with the seller's realtor, he handled them without causing more stress for me. Bobby made me feel like family, and I cannot imagine that I would ever go through this process again without him. I love my house! For the first time in years, I can genuinely say that I am happy and content, which is entirely due to Bobby Thollander being the best agent.

He kept me in the loop with regular updates without overwhelming me with details or minor concerns. Vi went above and beyond to help up just thru the hurtles of the purchase of a new construction home. She drove a great distance to check on the progress of the home when we could not. She guided us every step of the way and helped us thru each phase. Vi shared valuable insight and assisted us with aspects of the process that were vital for us to be educated consumers. She was professional and available for our multiple questions and concerns. The process was not always easy with the lack of communication from the builder but we felt comforted knowing Vi was there for us and and in our corner. Thank you so much Vi for making this experience possible and being there for us.

Jill is by far one of the most impressive people I've had the pleasure of working with. She was referred to me by someone I know, and my experience in working with her far exceeded my expectations. Jill's work ethic, attention to detail and market knowledge was second to none. Initially, Jill was helping me look for an investment property. After unexpectedly coming across my forever home we went a different direction from our original plan and Jill helped seal the deal. We came in very late with our offer, after 10 offers had already been submitted on the home. At the time, they were no longer accepting offers but somehow Jill found a way to get ours in. This was all done in less than a day and somehow she managed to help me beat out 10 other offers (without me even having the highest offer). From the moment my offer was accepted, to the moment we closed, Jill was there every step of the way. This deal would not have happened without her and for that I am extremely grateful. I would highly reccomend working with Jill to anyone working in the industry or looking to buy/sell their home.

My wife and I are both very happy that we worked with Liz on the purchase of our new home. Given that we were new to the area, we hadn’t solidified exactly the area that we wanted to live. We quite literally were looking at the four corners of the entire Orlando metro area. Liz was more than willing to show us all of the areas where we had interest… Winter Garden, Oviedo, Ocoee, Lake Nona. At every step of the way, Liz was helpful and informative. She handled the logistics with ease and was highly prepared during every step of the process. Liz’s communications was the best I have ever experienced in my 25+ years of buying and selling homes. I found that she tailored the ways she communicated to our style (we liked texting as a way of sharing info between the three of us). If you couldn’t tell already, we highly recommend Liz and will definitely use her services again should the need arise.
