I reached out Vicki on a Wednesday, saw a bunch of well researched properties on Friday, agreed to move ahead on Tuesday, put in an offer that was accepted on Wednesday and closed on the property 3 weeks later with a mortgage. Throughout the process, I was very impressed with her responsiveness and assistance in keeping all the stakeholders in sync to ensure a timely close. Her connects with partners in the ecosystem including mortgage lenders, inspection companies, etc were very helpful especially since I was located out of state.
