We got in touch with Gale from our realtor up in New Hampshire. We didn’t know anyone in Florida so we asked the realtor we were using to vet realtors in the Orlando area. Our realtor met with Gale and loved her so we had a call with her and immediately clicked. She asked us questions about our family and our dreams for the future because she really wanted to know us and why we were moving. I am an Engineer so I had detailed spreadsheets on houses with every feature ranked and Gale was very accommodating to me. We flew down to visit Disney but also look at houses and saw 8 houses in one day and Gale was using that to really understand what we liked and what we picked on. She was preparing for day two and possibly day three and trying to find other possible homes that we would love. Luckily enough we found our dream home on the first day and it was the fourth house!!! Gale understood that we were happy with the price and yet she still worked hard to get us concessions from the seller including ensuring that the items we found during inspection were remediated. She even conferenced in the home inspector and was asking him questions on exactly what he meant in his write up. It was amazing and she was an incredible agent to have on your side. She was also always talking with the lender (who she also recommended and we loved) as well as the closing company. She handled everything for us and we in turn stayed on top of things we had to do in order to not hold her up because she was working around the clock for us as well as the rest of her clients. She has also provided us with a vetted list of contractors that we will call when we decide to make some upgrades to our beautiful home. Gale is amazing to work with and I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about her. Having a knowledgeable realtor on your side that understands the process and the market and will be a strong ally for you is so important. There is a reason why she is a top performer in the area.
