•My home purchase experience with Kate was fantastic I am not gonna lie my parameters were pretty boxing but she was able to find a few options and I ultimately picked the home I’m in now from that list, when it came time to make an offer and get the process moving she was able to catch a few issues with the listing agents lack of knowledge and competency and get them resolved quickly showing she has an extensive knowledge in her field. Kate’s communication and attention to detail is second to none she made her self available for me any time I requested and always made sure I had every bit of info you could possibly get so I could make a decision 10 out of 10 I would use Kate and her team again in the future
