•We found Monica through a Google search once we got settled in Hickory. She contacted us right away. We sat down and went over our needs and wants. She immediately sent us houses to look over. Once we found the house we liked. Her game went up another level. She explained things well to us and set our expectations correctly. She got us a lot of what we wanted and need from the sellers. We couldn't be more happy with her. Also, did she an amazing job with our kids (5 yr old, 2 yr old) during the showings. So we could look first and then we would talk. Totally recommend her and will use her to sell if it's in future. Thank you for everything!
