•Marina and Nick did an outstanding job in assisting us with purchasing our dream home. Now, I'd like to share our experience of Marina helping us sell our current primary residence. Overall, the sale process was seamless and quick. Initially, Marina provided us with a comprehensive cash-to-flow statement detailing the listing price, expected selling price, renovation schedule, projected time on the market, and closing date. By the time we moved out, Marina had coordinated all the contractors to start renovations and personally supervised their work. It was a rare case where I could completely let it go and trust someone else. All renovations were completed on schedule, and we were listed on the market as planned. Thanks to Marina's efforts, we received an offer matching the expected selling price before the open house. We conducted one open house on Saturday and received two backup offers. As a result, the Sunday open house was unnecessary and canceled. The entire process proceeded incredibly smoothly, and we closed on time as scheduled. Marina provided us with timely updates throughout the process and assisted us with any questions we had regarding the selling paperwork. Having experienced several property transactions with different realtors, I can confidently say that Marina is a true professional and the best realtor we have ever worked with!
