•We've worked with 3 realtors over the years in the bay and I enjoyed working with Scott the most. We worked with him to purchase our new home in South Bay, but he'll have much more knowledge if you're buying / selling in East Bay. His super power is his resourcefulness. He'll try every trick possible to get you more information, get you an advantage, and get the result you want. He got us as much information as possible to help us make decisions, sometimes unconventionally. His commission was higher than our other agents but he's very much a 'full service' shop and he invests a lot of time to come up with market comps that were much more accurate than what my other agents provided. One other pro is he's very knowledgeable in housing renovation / construction. He gave ideas for us on how we can tweak places we don't like about houses we saw with estimated costs. We learned a lot about how we can change an otherwise no-go home into something we want and the effort required. Scott is very process driven and he's got a good process down for understanding what we want, how to view a home, what to look for, how to go about putting in a bid. He gave me a clear structure on how he executes and there were no surprises. He came recommended by a classmate who has transacted on 3 homes with Scott.
