•I first contacted Jackie Youngblood when I was just considering selling my home after my husband had passed away. She met with me, knowing I wasn't ready to list. She explained the process, told me what to expect, answered my questions, but without pressuring me to commit to list with her. In the months following our initial meeting, she was always available to address my questions and concerns. Once I was ready to sell, she guided me through the process of what things I needed to do and she took care of everything else. Bottom line: Jackie Youngblood listed my house, it sold almost immediately (we had a signed contract within 3 days of listing) at an excellent price. There were numerous offers and all were presented to me. There were absolutely no problems at closing, which took place within a month of the house being listed. I could not have been happier with the results of using Jackie Youngblood to sell my home.
