•I was fortunate to find Radha as my seller agent and the end result exceeded my expectation. When I decided to sell my house, Radha was the most prepared/organized when she met me. She presented a full report of the market condition and other useful information for the seller. She listened and communicated well. Her recommendations on various home improvements also made most sense (the most impact with minimal effort) to me. She also provided a few references, I talked to one of them and the owners were very happy with her. In the end, I went ahead with Radha. Once I signed up with Radha, she provided a timeline for various milestones. She coordinated with all the external parties, including home inspection, staging, and taking photos after the staging. All these were on a tight schedule. Everything was done without a hiccup, the house was on the market as planned. She provided timely/sound replies and recommendations (in email/text/call) to all my questions/concerns during the market engagement and after the house was in an agreement.
