•I originally started looking to move over 5 years ago. Even though I was “looking” I really wasn’t ready to move but knew I eventually wanted to. Aaron was great at setting up a search which kept me in the loop with all the homes for sale that fit my criteria. He would periodically check in with us in a friendly and inviting way. He was available and helpful with home showings in a timely manner. When it finally came to a house my family was interested in pursuing he walked us through all the steps of buying a home. He was knowledgeable about negotiations and what would align with our wishes. There is more to buying a home then I realized, and Aaron was super awesome in taking the time with me and reviewing steps to ensure the house is in good condition for us to buy. He was always available when we needed him. We never had to wait to get back information we needed with buying this home. I would bounce suggestions and thoughts off with him and I felt validated with everything I said. Even maybe when I suggested something far fetched [always trying to get a good deal :)] he never made me feel silly for asking. He was great! Him and his team were great!
