•As a military family there is so much that you literally just cannot control in your day to day. Add home buying, one of the biggest investments one will ever make to this process, and it gets that much more stressful. In 2022, while in Japan we were blessed to find Ms. Barb via social media and after asking other spouses-she was highly recommended. We put complete trust in Ms. Barb from 6,400 miles across the Pacific Ocean to find a home for our family of five. Ms. Barb found us the perfect home. Her communication was prompt despite time differences. Ms. Barb was always available to answer all our questions and help us feel like we would be successful in our purchase. After closing on our home, Ms. Barb would check in on us and would still answer questions for me over the next few years- never forgetting a single holiday or birthday. Fast forward to 2026. My husband and I decided to sale, and we already knew we would reach out to Ms. Barb about selling our home. She was on it right away. She was always so patient in our loud, busy home trying to conduct business with us- this is what I will always be most grateful to her for (We have four young, loud, energetic children). Our home was posted and we received an offer in the same week over asking price and Ms. Barb was there to guide us just as she had done before from start to finish.
