•I was happily surprised with Yvette's knowledge, skills and motivation. Her constant communication with me about open houses, showings, and offers was fantastic. Once an offer was accepted, Yvette stayed on top of each and every follow up with the Buyer's agent who had several issues with documents being correct, getting documents corrected, gathering the needed documents, putting the closing off 3 times, and giving the lock box code to strangers without a realtor present. One of the times the Buyer's Realtor gave the lock box code to a security company that I had not hired nor gave permission to enter my home, remove my lock, and replace it with an alarm and cameras. Yvette notified me immediately when she saw strangers at my home 2 times (she evicted immediately) and when my lock had been changed. She advised she had removed her lock box from the door since the Buyer's agent was giving the code out to strangers. I immediately went to my home, removed the coded lock from my door along with an alarm pad from my interior wall. I re-installed my dead bolt lock (Yvette & I the only people with keys), on my door and notified Yvette if we didn't close on the newest signed closing date this time, we would be writing up a daily charge for each day we didn't close, that would be added to the sale price. The buyers agent had the nerve to phone my agent and curse her out because I had re-installed MY LOCK on MY HOUSE. Miraculously the Buyer's agent didn't request another extension for closing. After this experience, I do NOT recommend anyone using the Buyer's agent, Gideon De Frain who currently works for REMAX - Duncan Duo, as your selling or buying agent. He will let people break and enter into your home where YOU will be liable for damages to your home and injuries. If you want an Agent that is motivated, will work their backside off for you whether you are buying or selling, communicate with you constantly, and not break the law, Yvette is your agent!
