In a tight market we faced the excitement that we sold our home turning a bit of a profit to the nervousness of not knowing where we would end up! A few times my husband and I were like okay this is the one; when in truth we would've been settling just to have a roof over our heads. We almost talked ourselves into a 1970's split-level with floor to ceiling mirrors and a sunken bathtub in the master bed room! Thank God Julie was patient and was there to talk through the pros and cons with us. At the end of the process we found a beautiful home that fits our family needs in a wonderful neighborhood and couldn't be more grateful to have had her navigate us the whole way.
