•Mike is a legend! He really went above and beyond to not only sell our house quickly and painlessly, but also for absolute top dollar. He gave us great advice to help prepare our house and even helped us stage it for the photos, which by the way were so freaking awesome that at first sight I didn't even recognize our own house. The open house planning and setup were so good that Mike pulled in 12 great offers for us! He then helped us negotiate a mind blowing good offer and constantly stayed on top of everything to make sure our house closed without any major issues. Now we are on the hunt for another house and Mike again goes above and beyond to make sure that we get that perfect dream house. We highly recommend Mike! He is a great guy and we really enjoy working with him.
