We have used Jason on several properties and he has the worst real estate agent we have used in 25 years. He does not Know anything about negotiation. He never communicated to us unless we called. In my opinion, he need s to be trained properly in negotiations. We had to write our property description because of errors and lack of proper grammar from his description. Basically we had to do everything and he collected commission. We should have not used a realtor on this as there was nothing they did except list the property. It was not the level of service I have seen of the property we have sold before with professional realtors.
