One quality I have admired in Gina is her ability to process over a handful of requirements that we brought up to her and then got us options that matched it. As such, she went a step ahead and gave us great advice on what else to look for. She is very patient, genuine in her assessment/feedback, never pushy and most importantly, she's there even after the sale. I still have her on my speed dial for anything as the first go-to person for consultation on anything to do with my home. To summarize, you need an agent who buys a home for you like she would for herself and then follows thru with a sustained good relationship in the future; to me Gina has done all that and more!

Gina helped us buy our home in a gated community at John's Creek. She has an excellent team of people like financial experts, inspectors, contractors etc who helped us getting the deal done. She was very thorough in finding all the issues with the house so that they could be fixed before closing. She ensured that our interests were completely protected and that we ended up having a great deal. Even after the deal was closed, she kept assisting us with all the sundry issues which we faced when we moved in. She was always responsive to our calls/texts and had an expert advice for not just the home issues but also legal and financial one. Her mortgage agent helped us find a great interest rate which helped us save lot of money. I have dealt with lot of agents in the past but Nina is by far the best!

As a first time buyer it is great to have someone who is going to be very attentive and supportive. This is hard to find when you are in new and in a lower price range. Karen was that to me! She never treated me as less important or valued due to my budget. After having a not so great experience with my first realtor I got connected to Karen and she really worked for and with me. She listened to what I wanted and was prompt in responding/scheduling showings which is very important in this market. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend her for your next housing search!
