•From the time Matt called us after we took our initial listing off the market until closing day, he was nothing short of amazing. His professionalism, aggressiveness, and enthusiasm shined through at every step of the home selling process. Matt went above and beyond what past realtors we have used ever did. He was not only realtor, but gardener, handyman, therapist, and most things in between. I think the thing that sticks out most when looking back on the job Matt did for us was how proactive he was. We never had to be the ones to initiate him to do things… he just brought his ideas to us and then executed. In fact, Matt was in his office at 7am on January 1 to let us know that we had just had an offer placed on our house and he was working on it immediately. Matt also fought hard for us and our financial goals during the negotiation process. The home selling process can be very stressful (especially when you have two mortgages like we did in this instance). However, Matt and his team made sure that we were as comfortable and calm as we could be. When there were a couple times bad news came our way, Matt presented it honestly and bluntly, but would always have a positive spin on it or have a plan in place to help mitigate that bad news. We have had realtors in the past who have hid that bad news or lessened the actual impact. That may be the more pleasant thing to hear at any given time, but in the long run it only hurts more. Matt’s honesty and integrity were very much appreciated and led to us selling our house as fast as possible. We cannot recommend Matt enough. He will be the only person I recommend to friends and acquaintances when they ask for a realtor. I have already put him in contact with a couple people and plan to continue to do that. You won’t go wrong with Matt as your realtor.
