•I am an university professor in business and have experiences in interviewing many candidates for different positions in academic and business. After talking with Cherie for several times, I know she is not only a realtor you should work with but also a good person with “true” passion for her job. She is the best realtor in the area. She made the process simple and easy. She provided many useful suggestions for my house to be ready (even help me patch nail holes and clean/repaint some dirty spots on walls/doors). She also has an awesome photographer in her team. Check out her listing to know what I am talking about (high quality pictures and 3D videos). I was out of town when the house was shown and on pending sale. She constantly watched out my houses, locked the doors, kept me updated on every shows and potential buyers. This is an honest review. I don’t get paid or anything for doing it. I rarely write review as well.
