•I met Charleen during the very stressful experience of clearing my mother’s condo with a reverse mortgage deadline looming. Through this time she kept a calm hand on the tiller and advised on how to best prepare the property for prospective buyers. She also told me what not to bother with which was a relief! Charleen is tuned into the market as well as buyer psychology; she always worked with me when we dropped the price to avoid foreclosure. When a prospective buyer lowballed us, she negotiated the offer back up to a fair place. I’m happy to say the property sold and everything worked out better than I imagined. Charleen has been through the parent-cleanout herself and was a compassionate cheerleader as I prepared the condo for sale. Flashier realtors are out there, but if you want a real person with deep knowledge, someone who will truly focus on what’s best for you and your situation, I highly recommend Charleen.
