•My husband and I had the privilege of working with Samer in the fall of 2016 when we moved to Northern Virginia. We were relocating from out-of-town, so we relied heavily on Samer for information and expertise regarding neighborhoods and comps to ensure we were getting a good home. After we had looked for a few weeks, I found out I was pregnant, so we completely changed the size of the home we were interested in and the locations we were shopping. We were so thankful for the patience and persistence of Samer to find us the right home. We looked for 4 months and I never felt pressured into a decision and never felt like we were a burden. When it came time to close (right at Christmas time), Samer was prepared and efficient, making the process so smooth for us as buyers. He has a strong network of other professionals that he recommended to help us finish the house to our preferences after the purchase. We could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and the personal investment he made in us throughout this process. We love our house, but look forward to working with him again in the future.
