▶Nancy has been selling homes for many decades, and she is remarkable. She made the purchase of our home easy, and stress-free. She had great knowledge of the local market, as well as a general understanding of what is going on in the real estate industry at the moment. She has consistent and clear communication skills, and was also very responsive, answering all our questions, and clarifying any situations or issues which we didn’t understand or confused us. Furthermore, her communication skills and responsiveness to our inquiries were outstanding. She was always on time, very professional, has great charisma and the ability to communicate well with other real estate agents too. She fought for us during our purchase, and her ability to handle negotiations was strong and effective. If we purchase another home in the future, or sell the one we currently own, I would not hesitate to contact Nancy Dresser. She does her job extremely well, and really takes fabulous care of her clients.
