Puchased a home

I recently made a job transfer from Northern Virginia to Tampa, Florida. I was given ten days to find a home and be under contract before the starting date of my new location. I reached out to Asya asking her to be my realtor. Asya being a lifelong Tampa resident was a perfect fit for the job. I needed a home in the Tampa Bay area in a neighborhood that would fit all my needs and be within my ten-day time frame. With the housing market in turmoil, I was incredibly stressed about completing my task. Everyday Asya was hard at work taking me to showings, open houses, and tours about the city. After looking at numerous homes, one finally popped up I was able to make an offer on. Asya explained there were multiple offers and to be in the running I would have to submit a very strong offer. Thankfully Asya is extremely knowledgeable because my offer was accepted, and I am now the proud owner of a new home. I was ecstatic that my offer was accepted, which significantly reduced the extreme stress and pressure I was under to find a home. Asya was very responsive and supportive throughout the whole process and even provided me with names of loan officers that offered me better rates than what I had already been pre-approved for. Through my whole ordeal, I felt that Asya was looking out for my best interests and was doing everything she could to get me under contract on such a short timeline. I have recently closed and moved into the new home and I am absolutely loving it. I truly feel that Asya would provide any client with the same attentiveness that she provided me, and I am very appreciative of all the work she has done to get me under contract with the perfect house.
