We met Samantha at an open house in Yorba Linda. We had been looking casually for months at open houses and after meeting her, both my husband and I decided that day that when we were actually ready to buy we wanted to work with Samantha Cruz. We were attracted to her demeanor, her polished presence and her calm and friendly personality. She was never pushy and she kept in touch with us just enough to know what was going on with our timing. We had a home to sell first and I appreciated it when she offered to get the word out to her fellow agents. Once we were ready she immediately met us to show us properties and she kept us organized and on schedule. She is very professional and always arrived at the home sites before us to make sure the house was show ready for us. She was a good listener and took the time to learn what was important to us. She responds timely to texts and emails and was always a phone call away when we had a question. She guided us in making our one and only offer on the house of our dreams and helped make the deal happen! Once in escrow, she was with us every step of the way from the inspections to the lender to always making herself available to meet us at the house to show the family, take measurements, etc. She is the agent you want on your side! Also, working with her you get the support of the entire Fred Sed team if needed including Fred Sed himself!
