•Chris initially helped with a condo purchase in 1997. She did such a good job that I referred her to my mother when she needed to sell her condo--another successful experience. So of course, I called on her again when I decided to purchase a home in the Palm Springs area. What I anticipated would be a simple process, actually turned out to be rather difficult. The majority of homes that I was considering were on leased land with variable lease terms. On numerous occasions, Chris drove to the Palm Springs area from her home in Pasadena to look at properties with me. I finally located a place in La Quinta. While not on leased land, thank heaven, the property qualified for special financing for middle-income seniors--a blessing in disguise as the qualifying process was not straightforward. During the 6-week escrow period it seemed that a new barrier to the transaction came up at least every other day; Chris handled every single one of them promptly and professionally--and she kept me informed, calm and sane, while she did it. Whether you are selling or buying, Chris has my unqualified recommendation. You can look, but you will not find a better realtor.
