•We contacted Sherri Walker to discuss the sale of our home possibly in the spring. She stated now was the best time to sell before the spring, when there would be more competition. She discussed possible pricing and for us to compile a list of after-market upgrades that we had done. She quickly did a video and pictures for online posting, along with an open house. We strategized with a price and the first weekend of open houses brought us two offers. Thanks, Sherri, for helping us get a quick sale.
