Buying or selling a home for most of us is not something we do very often and rarely on our own. With so much money at stake, we look for help from a real estate agent and cross our fingers we selected the right agent. You helped navigate my mom in her purchase of a townhome in Valhalla and then 10 years later, almost to the day, you helped her again, this time selling it for more than she ever dreamed possible. Being totally candid, both mom and I were more than a little hesitant to accept your marketing plan. It ran contrary to our thoughts as to how best to sell her townhome. It delights me to no end to admit our error in questioning your approach as we celebrated your success in garnering 35 offers and a final selling price thousands higher than either of us thought possible.
