•I cannot say enough good things about Pam Nonemaker. As a single, stay at home mom who was kicked out on the street by her partner, Pam first managed to find me a beautiful rental home when no one would rent to me. She never pressured me to buy, and when I was ready to, she immediately set up appointments. Pam took the time to fully understand what my dream house needed to have, and she helped me to find it when I thought it would be impossible to do, and out of my budget. She guided me through the entire process from start to finish, and educated me along the way. When I felt stressed she was able to calm and to reassure me. The home I fell in love with had over 120 people come through for the open house and numerous offers. I did not think I had a shot yet here I am. I am beyond grateful for all of the hard work Pam put in on my behalf, and on a personal note I have never worked with a realtor who is so much fun, and who made the process a fun one.
