•If I could, I would write several pages of how wonderful a real estate agent Tammy Lyne is. My situation was a difficult one where I inherited a home from my best friend’s tragic passing. Unfortunately, I live 800 miles away in another state. After researching realtors in the Moore County area, I spoke to a few on the phone. Tammy seemed to me to be the most qualified, and I got an immediate sense of high professionalism and experience from her. Not only that – I simply liked her a lot. My gut told me that this would be a good fit. I then made a date with Tammy and flew down to North Carolina the following week where Tammy met me at the property. Though it was attractive on many levels, the property was in dire need of upgrades and repairs. Tammy was not daunted in the least, and she quickly put my mind at rest. She let me know that she had all the connections necessary to facilitate every aspect of getting the home ready for sale. I was able to head home 24 hours later feeling confident that Tammy would know exactly how to proceed with what needed to be done. Boy, was I ever right! I cannot express how much she helped me over the next five months until the house sold. Though we had to navigate several pitfalls, I always felt that at the end of the day, I could rely on Tammy and that she would get the job done to my great satisfaction. And she did. Every time. Every one of her contacts was professional as well, and she kept me informed every step of the way. I always felt that she had my best interest at heart and was always trying to get me top dollar for the property while honestly navigating the current real estate market. In my opinion, Tammy is the very best in her profession and I can’t imagine having a better realtor in your corner. I simply cannot recommend her enough. She is the best!
