•Because of Nicole Farnum, we became first-time home owners in Spring 2021, one of the most difficult housing markets for home buyers. We are so grateful we navigated this completely new and intimidating experience with such loyal and trustworthy representation. What we especially admire about Nicole is her talent for the more nuanced side of real estate—the rapport building, the curious questions, the relational capital—things that I argue make her a total stand-out real estate agent, particularly in a difficult market. Nicole adapts to new circumstances with grace and professionalism, taking all things in stride. She is warm and approachable, easily befriending others. Nicole can be direct and no-nonsense when the occasion calls, or more delicate and tactful. Her ability to implement these subtleties makes her an absolute winner and we can’t praise her enough for it. On the more procedural and logistical side of things, Nicole worked seamlessly with our lender. She is an excellent collaborator and unafraid to get creative. Nicole knows her stuff, but also reaches out to her resources, further multiplying her value by tapping into the insights of her team. Nicole genuinely cares about her clients’ success, sharing in both their joys as well as their disappointments. Whenever we interact with her, we feel prioritized as though we are her only clients. During our home-buying process, she was in the middle of purchasing and moving into her own home—and you would never have known it. Nicole doesn’t just show up. She is truly PRESENT, actively listening and undistracted. Nicole is a competent, capable, and ambitious real estate agent, in additional to being a kind and deserving person. We are so pleased to have Nicole in our corner and highly recommend her.
