Very thorough realtor!

We are so thankful we had Angie as our realtor! She found us a "perfect" house only about 2 miles from our daughter and s-i-l! Angie went out of her way on many occasions to help us be able to buy this house for which we are so grateful!. Angie represented us well to the sellers in such away that the sellers chose to allow us to buy the house from 3 potential bids that were more attractive than ours. Angie spoke "Good Words" to the sellers on our behalf! This was "way off the charts" in terms of service! We can not be more grateful for Angie's leadership and advocacy on our behalf in this whole process of purchasing this house! When unexpected additional information was needed by the mortgage company in order to proceed with the loan process, Angie helped us understand the need for the information and how to find it, access it and submit it. We highly recommend her for a realtor!
